The Eight Famous Hubin Dishes

Wuxi meat bones, Wuxi steamed buns, Sauté Shelled Shrimps, white fish soaked in ginger juice, Liangxi crispy fried eels, Erdong gluten, sweet osmanthus taro and crab meat and bean curd are called "the eight famous dishes of Juna", which present the essence of Wuxi's traditional cuisine. 1978 | Junlai Hubin Hotel was completed, as Wuxi’s first tourist hotel mainly accommodating foreign guests and overseas Chinese.
